Michelle,
We have access to this title online, but the issue in question is from 1993,
and only the table of contents is available. It does appear, though, that
the citation is faulty--the online citation is given as
Gatrell, Peter. "Lenin's New Economic Policy." Modern History Review 5.n1
(Sept 1993): 12(3).
indicating that the article starts on p.12 and is 3 pages long. We don't
have it in paper or I'd go verify that for you.
