[ILL-L] RE: Seeking Obituary from Newspaper for Oxford, NC in 1983

One route is to contact the closest public library.  They will usually copy and send an obit at no or very reasonable cost.  Since she has an exact date of death, she should get a good response.  I worked in a public library as a Genealogy Specialist for many years, and this was our best technique if no obit could be found online.

Born 7 Jun 1956 in Granite Co., NC
Died 28 Nov 1983 in/near Durham, NC
County of last residence: Granite Co., NC (in/near Oxford)

Father: William Lewis Parham
Mother: Ruby Mae Capps
