[ILL-L] Special ILL request

Hi Martha,
I could mail you our actual cover from that issue if that would
help. I will be removing the cover to prepare volume 378 for
binding. Our datestamp is on the cover but I could probably peel it
off. Otherwise, the covers just get trashed anyway.
Let me know what you think. I could mail today.
