[ILL-L] Help - need a conference paper

Dear Colleagues,

We have a faculty member who needs the following paper:

Hoffmann, E.R., 1981, An ergonomic approach to predetermined motion time 
systems.  Proceedings from the 9th National Conference (Institute of 
Industrial Engineers, Australia), P.34-47.

OCLC 220957483

The requests for the above OCLC nos. have gone unfilled.  I have also 
contacted the non-OCLC library that appeared to have the 1981 
proceedings, but they no longer have it.  I can't locate a store or 
library on the IIE, Australia web site, either.

Does anyone have either the proceedings or an idea where I could get 
this paper?  Thanks for any help.
