[ILL-L] Closed Requests Still Retaining Patron Data for Anyone Else?

I agree. I think there's more of a concern about privacy with active  
requests, which often have paper forms floating around. Closed  
requests don't usually have paperwork associated with them--it's long  
gone, which is why the whole concept of being able to view closed  
requests is so useful in the first place.

Nobody is going to see them except staff with authorization to log in  
to the system, who have a good reason to be looking for the  
information. It's really useful when you're trying to follow up on an  
old request.
