Hi Andrew,

While there's nothing on WorldCat for this journal, if you search the KVK (
http://www.ubka.uni-karlsruhe.de/hylib/en/kvk.html) you'll find a few
libraries in Germany which appear to have this periodical on their shelves:

The Goettingen State and University Library has an excellent ILL department
for International lending and will accept email ALA/IFLA requests for
materials.  Their email address is:
