[ILL-L] A model OCLC Policies directory entry

It is too easy to complain about the incompleteness or lack of information
in the OCLC policy directory entries, so I won't vent (again) now.

 

I want to complement a complete and clear entry for TPR. It even clearly
states that Hot tea and kittens are non-circulating.

 

 

Having worked at a library that loaned hand-puppets through ILL, that is
useful information to know.
