[ILL-L] An uplifting thought for a Friday

In response to an email about their ILL of AV policy, a library replied to
me:

 

XYZ Library's "lending policy is if it's checked in and can be squeezed into
a mailing container, we loan it."

 

 

That simplifies the Policies Directory greatly.
