[ILL-L] "How do I" site for stuff everyone asks

When we get a question a couple of times from one of you chances are 
it's something many more of you need to know, too.  For those kinds of 
problems uncharitable types call it PICNIC (problem in chair, not in 
computer) but with any feature rich service it's common for people to 
learn just what they need to get to the end of the day.   That means 
you're probably putting up with annoying little stones in your OCLC 
shoes that there's a work around for.  And, there's features that could 
really help you out if you weren't so slammed with work that you could 
take time to read the documentation.   SO...we're introducing a "How do 
I" page for INCOLSA OCLC.   We'll be adding to it as questions continue 
to come up.  

The current 'crop' are centered on common resource sharing questions 
with the biggie being changing to non-supplier as many libraries go to 
reduced staff over spring break.

I'm cross-posting this to the ILL and ILLiad lists in addition to the 
INCOLSA lists (yes some of you will get to delete this 5 times!)  While 
we developed this to help out our Indiana libraries the rest of you are 
more than welcome to play in our sandbox.
