Subject: [ILL-L] How Long Before Asking to Re-send?

Hello!

I was wondering how long you all wait before saying "not received" or
emailing the lending library that you have not received an article?
Books are easy...you know you have to wait possibly a few weeks. With
articles, however, you can't tell if the lending library sent via
ariel/fax/email/mail...or can you?

We update in Clio the method of delivery but of course this is not
transferred to OCLC.

It kind of makes me crazy b/c while I don't want to be a pest if the
article was mailed, it seems silly to wait if you know an email didn't
make it through! But how is one to know? Is there a certain amount of
days you "wait"?

Thank you in advance.
