Pamela,

The one library that has it on OCLC is the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek,
which you can contact at the following email address:

fernleihe at bsb-muenchen.de

While they are not lenders on OCLC, they will accept ALA/IFLA ILL requests,
and if they cannot fill or copy this request for you we have found their
staff to be excellent at making referrals to other potential lending
libraries throughout Germany if available.
