[ILL-L] overdue notices

Circulation handles our overdue notices, I think they send them after a
book is overdue, and then 10 days later, and then after that a bill, Ed.

Hello ILLers,

 

I was wondering how often you send overdue notices to your own patrons &
to other libraries. Do you send them out daily or weekly?  How long do
you wait before you send a second notice-to patrons & other libraries?
Do you have a schedule or a policy that you follow?  Any insight would
be greatly appreciated.
