[ILL-L] Interlibrary Loan haikus

As I may have mentioned before, I once had a request for (as I recall) "Rhodes, 1980."   The requester had no further information (except for a vague idea that the article might be about a medicaL topic) and didn't even know whether it was an article or book.  Eventually we got it, but it took some digging, especially since it turned out the author's name was spelled "Rhoades."

But even that was more information thatn I originally got from the student who wanted "a big red book."

I had one request an article and all he gave was the "author" and said it was on "education" published last year. Fortunately I was able to find it with an e-mail an author who new who it was.
