[ILL-L] Stumper, any suggestions?

Hi;

I have a patron who needs:
50816905- oclc
Title: CMI, career maturity inventory /
Author(s): Crites, John Orr.
Savickas, Mark,; 1947-
Publication: Boulder, Colo. : Bridges.com,
Year: 1995

This is a revised version of 7117512 and she has seen that one already.

Of the 2 libraries listed, one said "not owned" and the other said "non 
circ".  Author Crites passed away last year and his company no longer 
exists.  I have found an email address for Mark Savickas and I can email 
him, but thought I would through it out to the gurus in ILL land.

I have not found this on any used book sites either.

Any help would be appreciated.
