[ILL-L] Net lender vs. Net Borrower

[Amy Thompson]

What is the impacts or implications of being largely net borrower (or
lender) for a medium to large academic institution? Should I be
concerned about finding ways to bring lending and borrowing numbers more
in line with each other? Thanks for you suggestions.
