[ILL-L] Auto-Updating

Good Monday all: A recent copy request that we filled was  
automatically updated to received before we could change the status  
to SHIPPED.  The result was a loss of credit for our site and an  
additional lost IFM fee.
	How is this updating being contrived?  Is it an ILLIAD feature?
	Since this has been happening we have had to revamp our routine in  
order to UPDATE before shipping.  It may slow us down but will allow  
us to reap the benefit of the labor!!
	Any thought or explanations?
