[ILL-L] Harford Community College CLOSED March 15-23

Hello to all,
 
This has been posted across several listservs, so I apologize in advance for duplicate messages.
 
I have included some of the following in the signature of my emails, so some may have already noticed this announcement. I am sending this full message out today as a 2 week in advance warning.
 
Harford Community College & Library (OCLC symbol HAR/ MILO symbol HJCO) will be CLOSED for Spring Break and for installation of new telephone system March 15 through March 23, 2008. There will be NO working phone, voice mail, and fax during this time. If you attempt to call or fax, no person and no voice mail will answer - it will just ring.
 
There will also be NO Interlibrary Loan services from March 15 through March 23, as no one will be at the Library during Spring Break. There will be NO receiving or processing of Interlibrary Loan requests.
 
I have updated the OCLC Policies Directory to reflect this in the "Schedule" tab of the HAR policies, and have set HAR to become NON-supplier from March 15 through March 23.
 
There will be NO active posting or receiving of Government Document Needs & Offers lists from March 15 through March 23, 2008.
 
Harford Community College (OCLC symbol HAR/ MILO symbol HJCO) will reopen on Monday March 24. At this time, all current telephone and fax numbers will remain the same with the new telephone system. When contact numbers change, I will send out notification to the listservs, update HAR's directory in the OCLC Policies Directory, and update Constant Data in requests.
