Thanks for all the responses about more than one article from a single
issue of a periodical. There were two trains of thought, but I thought
there might be a compromise. Perhaps it means that a patron, in the
course of one research task, can request at most one article from a
single issue of a journal (or chapter from a book) without paying
copyright. But if, later on, the student wants another article from the
same issue, say the next semester for a different research assignment,
the student can get it without copyright, and there's no real way to
track it anyway. Does that work out? Then the CCG and CCL rules govern
also.

Subject: [ILL-L] ILLiad Demo
Hello!
I am doing an online demo of Illiad next Friday at 11am. There are only
two of us so if others would like to join us, I can send you the
information on how to log on and join us. I was told it would take
60-90 minutes.
Please email me directly if you are interested!
Thanks,
