[ILL-L] Color copies- Clarification

Currently at Rock Valley we do not charge for (ILL) copies, black and
white or color.  I suppose if we had a request other than ILL we would
charge the same price we charge everyone (.10 per side for black and
white) (.25 per side for color).  Though if budgets continue in the
direction they are going, we may need to change that and charge even ILL
though we are trying to avoid doing that.
