[ILL-L] Benchmarks

I've been asked to create benchmarks for our circulation, ILL, and stacks
management tasks.  I'm having a bit of a mental block in doing this as I
keep thinking of all the variables that occur in these tasks.  If others who
have done this could share their benchmarks and how they arrived at them, I
would be grateful.
