We at SDS ILL/Circ process all incoming and outgoing packages. We no
longer have the luxury of a mailroom person.

At EMU, the ILL staff/students package ILL materials in boxes, along
with the mailing address and TN. Then the library's mail room staff
create UPS mailing labels (or Air Mail, when appropriate) for all of the

packages. So, our mailing responsibilities are divided between the two
departments.
