[ARIE-L] RE: [ILL-L] Nick & Linda's spreadsheet -- Updated custom holdings groups

I have finally gotten to the point where I think I can edit my Custom
Holdings group and add some symbols.  However, I am having trouble.

Do you go to WorldCat Services Administrative Module to edit your Custom
Holdings Group?  At http://firstsearch.oclc.org/crs you can log in to an
administrative module and under Staff ILL Settings you can select Custom
Holdings Group and add/delete symbols.  But I have tried creating my own
LVIS and PASU group (Renaming them GMPASU and GMLVIS) and I can't get them
to appear in both First Search and ILLiad.  Can anyone tell me what I am
doing wrong?  Am I even in the right place?

Hello!

As the academic year draws to a close, Nick has finished updating our ILL
spreadsheet. Nick added 300+ non-Ariel libraries to it. Today he posted the
update to the ShareILL wiki --

Nick also updated the following custom holding groups on the ShareILL wiki:
Fee Copies, Free Loans, and Free Loans and Copies.

This is Nick's last semester in the Library. Sigh! I've been teasing him
that he's leaving the light of librarianship for the darkness of
paleontology, but he says paleontology is a very enlightened branch of
science dedicated to open access -- maybe it's just the shadows. <grin> 

I'd like to thank all the lenders who've helped me fill Nick's passion for
paleontology articles. It would have been impossible without a lot of help
from a lot of friendly ILL departments along the way. 

Next fall, he'll be at Marshall University in Huntington, WV, so be prepared
for the a new quest to begin!
