[ILL-L] If you used IFM, this bill would already be paid

Paul--that's a great idea! On a similar note...a few years ago I had a 
library that requested from us frequently (10 or so articles per week). 
We had to invoice them for each article, and we charge $5 more for 
invoices above what we charge for IFM. I got tired of producing and 
sending the invoices, and then processing the payments when they came 
in, so one day I sat down and figured out how much more they had spent 
over the past year paying our invoice fee instead of our IFM fee. It 
turned out to be several hundred dollars that they had wasted. So, I 
sent them a very nice letter that included these figures and explained 
how the savings just from our invoices alone would pay for IFM for their 
library. Do you know what? They STILL do not have IFM! But, I tried my 
best...
