[ILL-L] Wrong Format--article

We've gotten article/copy requests that have nothing in the
vol/date/pages field as in a copy request for The New York Times.
That's it. No other information is given. The folks from OCLC monitor
the ILL listservs. Anybody from OCLC know the definitive answer?
Please delurk!

Hmmm. It's my understanding that for ILLiad it isn't information in the
article field that labels the request a copy, but information in the
vol/date/pages field that does so--this from our lending coordinator.
