[ILL-L] Ariel and Odyssey

We (EMU) are currently doing about 95% Odyssey sending, up from about
45% a year ago. Ariel is only 3%, with email (.pdfs) at just under 2%.
We rarely, if ever, fax anymore. If we can't Odyssey, Ariel or email,
then we just put it in the mail, because we have found that when we fax
we get complaints about quality.
