Hello Clayton,
I didn't get any recommendations from the ILL list, but we did purchase an Indus scanner. We got recommendations for it from current customers, who were overwhelmingly satisfied with the product and the service provided by the company. We have had some software issues and a hardware issue (we've only had it for about two months). The quality of the scanner is very good, though. We currently use Ariel, so we scan into the BCS software provided by Indus and then import the documents into Ariel, and this process goes very smoothly.
Let me know if you have any more questions. I'd be happy to help.
Pat

Patrice, we are now shopping for a face-up scanner too. Did you get, or
now have, any recommendations?
