[ILL-L] Chapter from an e-book?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but all uses made of licensed
e-resources are governed by the license, so what you can do depends on
what your NetLibrary license says. Fair use is part of copyright law
which does not apply the world of licensed resources (unless, perhaps,
the license is silent about a use you wish to make). -- Margaret Ellingson

It's an e-book we "own" (purchased from NetLibrary) rather than lease (or whatever the terminology is), and it's a 19-page chapter from a 311-page book, so presumably it's "fair use." Should it be safe to print this chapter out and send it? (We don't charge, if that makes any difference.)
