[ILL-L] off topic/jobs for disabled volunteer

What about revising carts of books for shelving?

The obvious answer might be to ask him what he thinks he can do. If he's
been around the library for awhile he probably has a good idea of what the
various tasks are and which ones he'd be capable of and interested in doing.

Subject: [ILL-L] off topic/jobs for disabled volunteer

Hello all,

Does anyone have any ideas for disabled workers that have limitations in
dexterity and mobility? We have a volunteer that has finished working on a
long term project and are at a loss as to what else he can do that does not
involve computers. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. We don't want
to lose someone who has been so dedicated to our library.

Thank you,

Tom
