[ILL-L] help with two patents

Hi everyone,
I've not had any luck locating these two patents:
Rowan Hughes, Milan Paunovic, Rudolph J. Zeblisky "Baths and Methods for Electroless Copper Plating"  Ger. Offen. (Patent) 1989

Tatsuya Uchida, Juichi Kikuchi, Tokuhito Kikuhara "Method and Apparatus for the Manufacture of Electroless Copper Plating Solutions" 1993 Jpn. Kokai Tokkyo Koho
(I tried requesting from Patent Abstracts of Japan, but it'd be better if a full copy is available, and there were limited lenders)
