[ILL-L] Can anyone lend this title on Brazil?

Yes I found the Portuguese records as well and though the patron says he could "deal" with Portuguese-English would be easier
I think the key may be that though this is published at Oxford I don't think it is the press that published it. There is a Brazilian Centre at Oxford which I think published (?) this and I have e-mailed them to no avail so far. There are references to the item in bibliographies all over the internet as well as to similar items by the same author.
I have also emailed Oxford and Sao Paolo to see if they would consider lending.
Thanks for your help
Janet

Interesting - there's also a WorldCat record (two, actually) for a version in Portuguese:
Crescimento, poluição e o protocolo de Quioto :
uma avaliação do caso brasileiro / <https://pe-mail.lagrange.edu/WebZ/FSFETCH?fetchtype=fullrecord:sessionid=fsapp9-40658-fh28tl5a-s86o0i:entitypagenum=15:0:recno=1:resultset=7:format=FI:next=html/record.html:bad=error/badfetch.html:entitytoprecno=1:entitycurrecno=1:numrecs=1>
Author: Diniz, Eliezer Martins.
Publication: São Paulo : Banco Santos ; Oxford : University of Oxford, 2000
I find it hard to believe a book published by Oxford University Press is in only two libraries (unless it's a thesis? But in that case I assume it would be not be published by the university press?).

Hello all:
Can any of you -perhaps those with strong Latin American collections --supply the following title?
Growth, pollution and the Kyoto protocol: an assessment of the Brazilian case by Diniz, Eliezer Martins. 2002 Oxford.
The record I found in Worldcat is 46740493
The only holdings are Oxford and Sao Paolo
I guess I am skeptical that there are no holdings in the US
Thank you
