I find it hard to believe a book published by Oxford University Press is in only two libraries (unless it's a thesis?  But in that case I assume it would be not be published by the university press?).

Can any of you -perhaps those with strong Latin American collections --supply the following title? 

 

Growth, pollution and the Kyoto protocol: an assessment of the Brazilian case by Diniz, Eliezer Martins. 2002   Oxford.

 

The record I found in Worldcat is 46740493

The only holdings are Oxford and Sao Paolo

 

I guess I am skeptical that there are no holdings in the US
