Yes, we borrowed a book from them, too, and the strap is great. Be sure
to share any information you may receive. Thanks!

Subject: [ILL-L] Re-usable bookbands?

Hi everyone-

I just subscribed to this listserv in hopes of tracking down something
that came our way recently. The National Library of Australia sent us
an ILL book that had a pre-printed vinyl book band in place of a paper
strap or a sticker. The band had velcro on the ends to secure it to the
book. It worked quite well and I wanted to look into getting something
similar for our ILL. It would save paper, writing etc. The problem is
I've only found a manufacturer - you guessed it - in Australia.

Does anyone use these or has anyone seen these anywhere? I'm sure I
could get something custom made but thought for sure someone in the US
has thought of this already.

Thanks-

Alison
