[ILL-L] Help with translation

I received the following message from a Portuguese library regarding an interlibrary loan request that we sent via email:

Disponemos del documento en préstamo interbibliotecario y se lo haremos llegar

Unfortunately, I am unable to translate this message to determine what, if anything, we need to do.  I tried several translation sites on the web and was unsuccessful

Any help is appreciated.
