[ILL-L] Indicating Lost Books

I was wondering how all of you indicate books that are "lost" by your
patron.  When a patron tells me that a book is lost I call the lending
library to inform them and ask for a bill.  What I can't figure out is how
to then mark that record in our ILL management system (CLIO or WRS) to
indicate that the item is lost.  Returned doesn't seem to fit the bill.  I
don't have "Complete" as an option on a borrowed item.  Is there some trick
I'm missing here?
