[ILL-L] ? about ODYSSEY failed requests

Kris,

In the beginning of using Odyssey I also had documents that failed to 
transmit. OCLC support staff discovered that the receiving libraries needed 
to have a port opened in order to receive documents from me. I can't 
remember what the port number was since it has been over three years since 
I had to deal with this. I would call OCLC support if I were you. They 
should be able to help you with this.
