[ILL-L] Document Delivery

I have a few questions for the list. 

1. Do any of you utilize a document delivery service (i.e. Infotrieve,
Ingenta, Information Express) in conjunction with ILL? If yes, what has
been your experience with these services.

2. How does your institution handle copyright fees? Does the institution
pay all fees? Does the student pay part or all the fees? Do you tell the
patron "no" once you reach 5 copies?

 

And lastly, how do you search the ILL-L archives? I went to the website
& found the archives, but I didn't see a way to search them.
