Dear ILLers,

ESR ILLiad is finally back up. We are down since last late Thursday (17th) through 23rd (5 pm pacific time.)
We are very sorry for the inconvenience we may caused. Also some of you may receive duplicate items from us and from the next lender. Because of the system failure, our update couldn't complete process on the 17th.
