Wow! Looks like if you asked for Part 10, Hubard Family Papers, Reel 23, you'd get what you needed. If whoever owns this won't lend the reel, I'd ask for a photocopy:
Part 10, Reel 23, Lord Balimtore's Minuet"...and in the borrowing notes include the paragraph below. With a descriptive citation like what you've listed below, I'd be surprised if it wasn't indexed in some way, so hopefully the lending library would take the time to look for it.
Good luck!

Subject: [ILL-L] Help with Request for Historical Record
One of our faculty members is trying to get a copy of "Lord Baltimore's Minuet" that is on page 46 and possibly 47 of the Hubbard family Papers that are held at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill Manuscripts Department. They can't loan anything from their collection, but they told the patron that there is a commercial set of microfilm reels that have been made of the collection: Records of Ante-Bellum South Plantations from the Revolution through the Civil War. A lot of libraries have that, but I'm having trouble giving a proper citation of what the faculty member needs. He says that what he needs is in Volume 21, "An Ode to Masonry", Bolling MS, 1785, pp. 46-47. That refers to the original manuscript collection. According to a guide to the microfilm, he needs: Part 10, Hubard Family Papers, 1741-1865, Series J, Part 10, Reel 23 Hubard Family Papers Series 2, Volumes 1752-1894, Subseries 2.1 1752-1865 cont., 0591, Folder 417, Volume 21, ca 1790's, Unidentified. 59 Frames. Whew! I'm sorry to be so long, but I don't know for sure what is pertinent for an ILL request. The patron had hoped to borrow Reel 23 for In Library Use so he could locate and copy what he needs himself, but he would also be grateful just to get copies of the relevant pages. Any advice appreciated!
