[ILL-L] OCLC Update: Updated Reasons for No coming

Judd,

 

Will the new update from CLIO be able to import the E-delivery information
from the OCLC request when we download requests and print them from CLIO?  

 

Currently CLIO is taking the information from the Fax field and printing it
in the E-Delivery field and is not importing any of the information a
library may have put in the E-Delivery field.   If a borrowing library has
put their ARIEL  address only in the E-delivery field on OCLC, which many
do, we do not get their ARIEL address when we download and print requests
from CLIO.  This is becoming a very big problem for us.

Yes, WRS should be able to handle the old reasons for no during the
transition.

Our ILL software providers are working on a new version that will use the
new reasons for no; but I'm not sure how soon we will be able to swing
another upgrade (we just upgraded this summer). Will WRS know what to do
with "old" reasons for no coming from our software, until we can get this
resolved?
