The non-LVIS Indiana libraries that do have OCLC -such as Indianapolis and St Joseph's County- are not under any obligation to extend free lending courtesies to non-Indiana SOLINET libraries- correct?

I can help clarify this for you.  I am on the INCOLSA Executive Committee and the explanation we received from Kate Nevins is the libraries in Indiana will only have access to SOLINET's open training and standard list of databases.  Libraries do not have access to OCLC except through INCOLSA.

So- Will Indiana libraries lend to SOLINET libraries without charging them? We're a SOLINET and an LVIS library that has been free-lending to Indiana libraries but it is only reciprocated except by Indiana LVIS libraries.
