You may discover that buying is slower to process than getting an ILL
filled. It would be for us. We will buy a book only if we notice that
it has been requested several times for more than one semester.

Good morning! Everyone,

My library is planning to purchase ILL book requests instead of
requesting via ILL. Who has a procedure for this? Could you share the
procedure with us?

Thanks!

Wensheng
