[ILL-L] OCLC Direct Request

We're considering using Direct Request to get us through a rough patch
during the spring semester and we're looking for more information.  Do you
use Direct Request?  Does it work well for you?  Is it easy to use?  What
fees (if any, the OCLC website is maddeningly unclear about that) are there?
I'd greatly appreciate any insight you can offer!
