[ILL-L] Annual report information

I've just been doing my annual report, and here are the stats I gave for ILL:

 

(1)     ILL borrowing - number of books borrowed and articles obtained (broken down by faculty vs. student)

(2)     Fill rate for ILL borrowing

(3)     Number of ILL requests filled in-house (books that we own, articles available in PDF in databases, etc.)

(4)     ILL lending - number of books loaned and articles provided (broken down by in-state and out-of-state)

(5)     Amount paid for ILLs in past year

(6)     ILLs borrowed for students broken down by professor and department

(7)     Names of faculty who requested ILLs and number requested for each

(8)     Average length of time it takes to obtain books and articles on ILL

Most of these stats I provide because I was requested to (I used to have to provide a list of all periodicals from which I had requested articles on ILL, but when that reached 20 pages, I was told not to bother), a couple because I thought they'd be useful (e.g., average amount of time it takes to get items on ILL; patrons keep asking how long and it takes, and I explain it depends on the other libraries and how common the item is-last year's ILLs took anywhere from 15 minutes to 66 days--but they want a number).

 

One of these years I'll probably be asked to keep track of ILL books loaned and borrowed by color.  (After all, I did once get a student who wanted a "large red book" he had seen in a bookstore and tried to show me the approximate size without mentioning details such as title and author.)
