[ILL-L] Annual report information

I include the basics, how many lending/borrowing/how many copies/loans,
but I also like to include the % of borrowing requests that went
unfilled and the average time for borrowing loans and copies. I'm not
sure if that number matters to anyone but me, but I like to improve that
number if possible. :)

As for monthly stats, I do keep them, but just for myself. It only
takes about 2 minutes to figure them out and put them in my excel form I
made. That way I can see the pattern of borrowing and lending from year
to year.

The only ILL statistics that we include in our official report are the
total number of loans and requests for the year broken down between
loans and copies. We also prepare an annual report for the serials
librarian showing which print journals we used to fill ILL requests and
how many times we used each one.

On a month to month basis I track the number of requests per department
and per student population (undergraduate, graduate, faculty) and the
reasons
that we declined a loan request (missing, policy problem, etc.).
