The only ILL statistics that we include in our official report are the total
number of loans and requests for the year broken down between loans and
copies. We also prepare an annual report for the serials librarian showing
which print journals we used to fill ILL requests and how many times we used
each one.
On a month to month basis I track the number of requests per department and
per student population (undergraduate, graduate, faculty) and the reasons
that we declined a loan request (missing, policy problem, etc.).
