[ILL-L] Article request

Does anyone have access to the periodical Journal of South China University
(PolyU version), or Journal of Nanhua University?

I am looking for an article that was published in Winter 2004 entitled
"thermal diffusion model to explain the radon concentration with temperature
change"

The original citation is in www.ilib.cn, 

I know it is Chinese, but the requestor does not mind.  Can pay by IFM only
