[ILL-L] OCLC Update: Updated Reasons for No coming

Good question Joe.   "Will WRS know what to do with "old" reasons for no
coming from our software, until we can get this resolved?"

 

I'm sure a lot of us would like to know the answer to that one.

Our ILL software providers are working on a new version that will use the
new reasons for no; but I'm not sure how soon we will be able to swing
another upgrade (we just upgraded this summer). Will WRS know what to do
with "old" reasons for no coming from our software, until we can get this
resolved?
