[ILL-L] Green interlibrary loan practices?

I assume that when a license says to print and send it
means to have it remain in hard copy. Once it is scanned
it can be shared electronically and that is what I believe
the owner wishes to prevent. We print and sent hard copy
when this requirement is seen. Corinne Nyquist, SUNY New
Paltz
