[ILL-L] NFAC to Unfilled status

That's what we do.  We use ILLiad so I can "tweak" the Reasons For No.  After the Not found as cited cancellation reason are the words: STOP! USE CONDITIONAL!

Ditto.  If the lender really thinks it is not found as cited, then they can always use a conditional to alert the borrower.

Yes they do. They go to unfilled if updated to NFAC by any potential lender in the string and it is very frustrating. This is a recent OCLC "enhancement" that causes many problems. Ninety five percent of the requests we have go to unfilled NFAC were actually cited correctly and were errors on the part of the lender! I wish OCLC would get rid of this feature!

Do requests automatically change to unfilled if reported as NFAC by the first lender?  We've had several requests change to unfilled after the first lender reports NFAC without a conditional.
