[ILL-L] Unfilled status

I recently went to a conference and a rep from OCLC was there.  She said that the NFAC reason for no will be retired.  It will no be a conditional message.  I'm not sure when this new version will come out though.

Yes they do. They go to unfilled if updated to NFAC by any potential lender
in the string and it is very frustrating. This is a recent OCLC
"enhancement" that causes many problems. Ninety five percent of the requests
we have go to unfilled NFAC were actually cited correctly and were errors on
the part of the lender! I wish OCLC would get rid of this feature!

Do requests automatically change to unfilled if reported as NFAC by the
first lender?  We've had several requests change to unfilled after the
first lender reports NFAC without a conditional.
